RIVER VIEW CAMPGROUND

RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. All pets on a leash and under control at all times. All Pets must have
      necessary immunization shots. Pets are to be kept out of the hall and
      washrooms. Pet excrement must be cleaned up and disposed of by the owner.
      Excessive noise by any pet must be controlled. Any dog in the park that
      poses a threat to any person must be removed immediately.

2. No firearms or fire works on property. Any fireworks must be during
      Social Events ONLY.

3. Any additions to lots (sheds, decks, driveways etc) must be approved by
      management.

4. All lots must be kept in neat and tidy condition at all times. All
      personal items must be kept in Trailer or shed. If it becomes necessary
      for management to clean your lot to our standards, a $50.00 Fee will be
      charged. NOTE: PLEASE ENSURE ALL AXES AND SAWS ARE PUT AWAY AT ALL TIMES

5. Quiet time is 11:00 PM. This is to be fair to all campers young and old!
      DISREGARD OF THIS PARK POLICY COULD RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EXPULSION.

6. No vehicle repairs on lots.

7. All guests must register at camp office.
      Visitors must leave Campground by 11:00 PM. All guests are your
      responsibility - any damages or safely concerns are yours.

8. All fire pits must be left on original location. Do not throw beer caps,
      cans or bottles in fire pits.

9. No visitors are allowed to enter campground after 9:00 PM.

10. All lots must be left in same condition you found them in. All garbage
      must be removed from lot and put in garbage bins at 3 locations on
      campground.

11. No storage of home equipment on campground property.

12. One vehicle per site unless double driveway installed to specification.
      Guests are to use the parking lot at the top of the hill or the one
      located near the new washrooms.

13. No foul language at any time. This is a FAMILY campground.

14. No skids used for firewood. The sparks are dangerous to our trailers and
      trees and the nails are dangerous to our children and pets.

15. Trespassing on private property to the north of the campground is
      unacceptable. You may be charged with trespassing if found on the
      neighbours property. Please respect their privacy also.

16. All wood must be stacked neatly at all times.

17. Minimum lighting must be used outside your trailer. Turn off lights when
      retiring. This conserves our electric bills.

18. Speed limit in campground "10 km per hour?. This is for the safety of
      everyone. NOTE; THIS INCLUDES GOLF CARTS.
     When walking, please use roadways and walkways and not cut across
     seasonal sites.

19. Loud parties, rowdiness, rude and immoral conduct, drunkenness et cetera
      will not be Tolerated and will result in immediate expulsion without
      refund.

20. Parents and guardians are responsible for the actions and conduct of
      their children at all times. Children must not be left in the park at
      any time unattended.

21. All alcoholic beverages must be in plastic containers to walk from one
      site to another,
